Physician loans offer no money down, for up to a $1 million sale price, and at no increased interest rate.
Student Loan Debt
Physician lenders will not take into consideration any deferred student loan debt when qualifying you for a loan.
Future Employment
These products allow you to close on a home up to 90 days before the start date of your employment contract.
